What Will Make You Irreplaceable in the Age of AI
Embracing the reclabration happening in realtime in the online space.
Everything in my system and reality is recalibrating right now in real time around wealth, beauty, and Body of Work.
I have spent the last six months deeply listening. Letting God reveal the next steps. Observing. Orienting to Presence and Beauty. Also navigating some unsettledness in my personal life around family and home.
I have been in the online space for over 15 years. Longer than I have been a mother.
I started in SEO before Facebook was even a thing.
I studied marketing at a time when the internet was barely spoken about in business school.
I binged Gary Vee for over a year just to build the courage to launch.
I remember when quiz funnels could bring in $0.10 leads.
When the pandemic hit and suddenly everyone was selling almost anything and converting.
Then discernment dropped in. The cost of living narrative began shaping the mainstream. Many people stepped away from the market entirely.
I remember when AI was still a potential on the horizon.
And when shiny spiritual fluff was enough to get a client.
Well, if you haven’t noticed, the market has changed.
What it means to have a job is changing.
In the next five years, up to 85 million jobs could be displaced by automation while 97 million new roles emerge as AI reshapes the global workforce (World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report).
A recent analysis of AI usage across occupations found that large language models are already automating a significant portion of work in certain industries.
Up to 70 percent of tasks performed by programmers, customer service representatives, and data entry workers are already automatable by AI tools.
And Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has warned that AI could eliminate up to 50 percent of entry level white collar jobs within the next five years.
My children will enter a workforce where robots are part of the talent competition.
Companies that once required thousands of people will eventually operate with a fraction of the human labor they once needed.
And this is not some distant future.
This is happening now.
We are entering an era where creativity, discernment, and human relational intelligence will be valued, while much of everything else will be replaced.
My Team of Five AI Agents
Over the past six months I have personally trained a team of five AI agents to run significant parts of my business.
I now have a Marketing Director, a personal assistant, a CFO, a content repurposer, and a client manager.
AI can give me the perspective of a million dollar advisor in seconds and at almost no cost.
It absolutely has downsides. I will write an entire article about that later.
But working with AI has completely reshaped my model. It revealed inefficiencies I could not see before. It helped me focus on my highest value and genius level work.
From this process I have cut roughly 90 percent of what I used to do day to day.
Which is why I am in a recalibration process.
What remains is what actually works.
What remains is my God given assignment and how I am uniquely positioned to serve in this time.
After stripping away the labels and business models that once made sense in the marketplace, I am left with something much simpler.
What I am uniquely here to offer.
My medicine. My essence. My contribution.
The expertise I have gathered along the way. The energetic blueprint I came into this life with. The lived experience that has shaped me.
This is the Intellectual Property.
Body of Work is the vessel that delivers it.
My embodiment is my marketing strategy.
And so the real conversation I want to have with you is this.
What will make you irreplaceable in the marketplace?
And even deeper than that.
What is your God given assignment?
And how can you develop your intellectual property in a way that serves the market while creating prosperity, sustainability, and sovereignty in your life?
Humans will not become obsolete to technology once we remember the technology that we are.
Now is not the time to force what has expired.
It is the time to listen and architect what is most alive within you.
This is the conversation I am having with women inside Body of Work, through the Mastermind and the 1:1 Immersions.
These spaces are for women redefining the norm, grounding their visions through their bodies, and making beauty mainstream.
